For your own peace of mind and security, we have an office on site in the reception area of the Pueblo Torviscas, and we are the only legally recognised company who can rent apartments to both the public directly and to tour operators.
All our of our apartments are registered with the Tenerife Tourist Board under our company name of Solconfort SL, and this licence has been held since 1988.
All of our apartments are regularly fumigated and they all reach the current Health and Safety regulations. Please be aware, that if you book with anyone other than ourselves or a recognised Tour Operator, then you will be staying in apartment not registered with the Tourist Board of Tenerife and this may affect the enjoyment of your stay at our complex.
